Can I use my discount code more than once?
No, each discount code may only be used for one checkout. However, subject to program terms, you may receive a new unique discount code up to two times every 30 days. When your status is verified, you will be issued a promo code that can be used only once per order. When you are ready to shop again, you can re-verify your status and may receive a new promo code for use. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this program will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.
What kind of documentation do I need to upload?
Medical Professionals may need to upload official documentation that shows their first and last name and current medical license.
How long will it take to get the promo code?
In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous. We will provide your promo code on-screen and via email. Occasionally, verification requires a document review and can take up to 20 minutes.
Can I use this discount in a retail store?
No, the discount can only be redeemed on petmate.com.

PROGRAM TERMS
- Offer valid for current verified Medical Professionals registrants who are U.S. residents.
- Registrant will receive a discount code valid on qualifying and available full-price products only (not valid for mark-downs) purchased only on petmate.com. Unused discount codes expire when the program ends and are subject to program changes. Limit of five (5) full-price products per order.
- Participation in the discount program and use of discount codes are non-transferable and are for the use of the verified person only. Any such transfer or unauthorized use may result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation.
- Discounts may not be available for use on all products, and products are subject to availability. Other exclusions may apply.
- Merchandise ordered must be solely for personal use by the Medical Professional placing the order – no orders will be accepted for others under this program.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, shipping, and handling, taxes, or prior purchases. No cash value, not for resale, and not redeemable for online credit or cash.
- Shipping charges and taxes are calculated after the discount is applied.
- Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this program will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.
- Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc. dba Petmate reserves the right to change, extend or end the offer and this program without notice.
- Petmate product purchased under this program is subject to any applicable Petmate policies, including, without limitation, warranty and our return policy available at Petmate Return Policy
- For any return or warranty service, including any credit given, the discounted purchase price of the product paid by you shall be used, and not the full, non-discounted price of the product.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
