Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving an order. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
 
Damaged and Defective items

If a package arrives damaged from the carrier, you should refuse the package. If you sign for or keep the package, you should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
Damaged or defective products are allowed for replacement or credit within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

    Defective products are allowed for replacement or refund within 30 days of the original date of purchase, or during the product warranty period. 
     
    Incorrect item Sent
    1. If the wrong item is shipped, please contact Petmate Consumer Services at consumerservices@petmate.com for further instructions.
    Order cancellation
      If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 12 hours after placing the order by selecting the Cancel Order Button in your order confirmation email Please contact the Petmate Consumer Services Team at consumerservices@petmate.com if you need additional assistance. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
       
      Credits

      All credits will be made back to the original payment method. Please note that credit card companies vary in the time it takes to post credits to your account and we cannot control when you will receive your credit.
